Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for companion care for my adult child who is 20. Assistance with medication is needed. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets. Jim has moderate Autism. He's really very easy, but has the cognitive age of about 7 years old.
