Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Wound Care Physician Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in Indiana starting Oct 6, 2025. This flexible, 8-week opportunity involves visiting patients' homes for advanced wound care, typically one day per week for approximately one hour per visit.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide advanced wound care treatment for patients with non-healing wounds lasting over 30 days
• Perform initial assessments, place orders for synthetic skin or skin grafts, debride, and rewrap wounds
• Utilize amniotic membrane grafts as the primary treatment modality
• Employ amniography techniques in patient care
• Operate independently in patients' homes, following established care plans

Additional Information

• Indiana license required
• Board certification in Wound Care required
• Advanced wound care experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and confidently in home care settings
