Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Predictive Maintenance programs.

• Establish and drive best practices in maintenance to improve operational performance and take corrective action when necessary.

• Provide expertise on hydraulic & mechanical presses (up to 2,500 tons), CNC mills, air compressors, and Hilos; experience with CO2 and fiber lasers is a strong plus.

• Oversee and execute preventive maintenance schedules at annual, monthly, weekly, and daily intervals.

• Troubleshoot, evaluate, and resolve issues with machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.

• Manage the introduction of new machinery and the disposal of obsolete equipment.

• Ensure compliance with IATF, Lean (5S), safety, and environmental standards.

• Lead, mentor, and support the maintenance team to achieve peak performance.

• Interpret schematics and technical drawings; troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and logic controllers.

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of automated systems.

• Fabricate parts as needed for equipment repair or modification.

• Partner with operations to coordinate maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption.

• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory.

• Conduct facility inspections to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing plant-level experience in industrial maintenance.

• Proven leadership and management experience.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, logic controllers, and automated systems.

• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and technical manuals.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PLEX experience is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and fabrication skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Effective oral and written communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with safety standards, Lean principles, and regulatory compliance.

Pay Details: $78,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
