Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Execute full-cycle recruiting for high-level and specialized technical roles
Source and screen candidates using strategic methods including networking, niche platforms, and industry knowledge
Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
Provide recruiting services aligned with established processes and systems
Manage complex recruiting tracks across broad and technical client groups
Meet time-to-fill goals while maintaining quality standards
Act as a recruiting partner and subject matter expert to business leaders
Identify and implement solutions to recruiting challenges and process inefficiencies
Counsel candidates, coach hiring teams, and negotiate offers
Pay Details: $38.00 to $60.00 per hour
