Job Description
The role is hybrid in Woodbridge, NJ. This is a newly created position and a great opportunity to advance your career.
Responsibilities:
· Handling arbitration submissions
· Triaging new matters
· Inputting case data
· Managing case calendars
· Obtaining consents and managing correspondence
· Providing general support to the legal team
Requirements:
· 3+ years of recent experience in personal injury and arbitration – in a law firm, insurance company, or corporate setting
· Experience with submissions to AAA and Forthright required, familiar with processes for arbitration
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The anticipated pay rate range for this position is between $30-$36/hour depending on experience.
