Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction
Research and resolve customer issues, using available resources and cross-functional collaboration when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Support both internal and external customers with requests of varying complexity
Uphold a high standard of customer service and represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proven customer service experience preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with common office software and customer service tools
Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
