We’re hiring an EHS / Safety Coordinator to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives in our Milwaukee facility. This role supports a Lean manufacturing environment and drives continuous improvement in workplace safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS policies and training programs

  • Conduct risk assessments and lead incident investigations

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage hazardous waste

  • Maintain records and support audits

  • Supervise Safety Team members and First Responders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field

  • 3+ years of EHS experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and Lean manufacturing

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • EHS certifications (CSP, CHMM, CIH) a plus
