Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement EHS policies and training programs
Conduct risk assessments and lead incident investigations
Ensure regulatory compliance and manage hazardous waste
Maintain records and support audits
Supervise Safety Team members and First Responders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
3+ years of EHS experience preferred
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and Lean manufacturing
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
EHS certifications (CSP, CHMM, CIH) a plus
