Site Program Manager

A mission-driven organization is seeking a skilled leader to oversee daily operations and service delivery across several emergency shelter locations. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in social services and a talent for managing teams in dynamic environments.

Role Highlights:

• Coordinate activities and communication between multiple shelter sites and key partners.

• Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Monitor site operations for safety, compliance, and quality of care.

• Oversee case management, intake, and client support services.

• Manage resources, schedules, and reporting for optimal efficiency.

• Maintain confidential records and ensure adherence to privacy standards.

• Participate in policy review and emergency response as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field; or Bachelor’s in Health & Human Services with significant case management experience.

• At least one year of supervisory experience.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to respond to urgent situations and manage multiple priorities.

Working Conditions:

• Community-based role with some office/remote work.

• Travel required up to 75%.

• Valid Driver’s License Required

Pay Details: $68,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
