Mechanical Field Superintendent

An established general contractor is seeking a Mechanical Field Superintendent to oversee daily construction activities on a complex, large-scale mission critical project. This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced, highly technical environment and has a proven ability to lead teams across multiple scopes.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field execution of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades, ensuring alignment with project schedule, safety standards, and quality requirements.

• Direct subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site operations, proactively resolving field and design challenges.

• Monitor productivity, anticipate constraints, and implement corrective measures to maintain project momentum.

• Facilitate safety meetings, trade coordination sessions, and quality inspections to support commissioning and system turnover.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction field supervision experience, including at least 3 years in hyperscale or mission critical data center projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, MEP systems, commissioning workflows, and large-scale structural projects.

• OSHA 30 certification required; bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent field experience preferred.

• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and construction design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks.

Pay Details: $109,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
