Job Description
Lead field execution of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades, ensuring alignment with project schedule, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Direct subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site operations, proactively resolving field and design challenges.
Monitor productivity, anticipate constraints, and implement corrective measures to maintain project momentum.
Facilitate safety meetings, trade coordination sessions, and quality inspections to support commissioning and system turnover.
5+ years of construction field supervision experience, including at least 3 years in hyperscale or mission critical data center projects.
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, MEP systems, commissioning workflows, and large-scale structural projects.
OSHA 30 certification required; bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent field experience preferred.
Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and construction design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks.
Pay Details: $109,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
