Inventory/Customer Service

Client in Mahwah, NJ is in need of a Inventory/ Customer Service candidate.

Hourly Rate: $22-$24 an hour

Hours: 8-5

Responsibilities:

Phase 1: Warehouse Operations

• Process customer service orders and transition them into Fishbowl.

• Manage order flow through the system as items are picked, packed, and shipped.

• Weigh packages and generate shipping labels.

• Ensure timely UPS pickup at 3:45 PM daily.

Phase 2: Office-Based Customer Service

• Train to handle order processing in Salesforce (SF).

• Manage high volumes of email communication.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency with systems and order management platforms (Fishbowl, Salesforce preferred).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills, especially via email.

• Willingness to work fully on-site in Mahwah, NJ.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
