LPN/RN - Plainfield, CT

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant isseeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 nursing support for a male high school student within a school setting. This is a full-time position that includes daily bus riding responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 nursing care and support to a high school-aged male student during school hours and transportation.

• Perform clinical duties as needed, including but not limited to suctioning and respiratory care.

• Ride the bus with the student to and from school. Report to the high school each morning to meet the bus.

• Monitor and document the students health status throughout the school day.

• municate effectively with school staff, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers as needed.

• Ensure a safe, fortable, and supportive environment for the student.

Requirements:

• Must hold an active and valid Connecticut LPN or RN license.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Experience with suctioning and care of students with medical needs is required.

• Prior pediatric, school nursing, or 1:1 care experience is a plus.

• Ability to work independently while following care plans and school protocols.

• Reliable and punctual with strong munication skills.
