This unique position will provide patient care and be a partner to our employer contracts. handle pre-employment and work-related physicals, as well as developing population health programs. Job Details:

• 100% Outpatient clinic setting
• Employed opportunity with SSM Health
• Schedule:
• Part-time at 20 hours/week - health insurance available
• Preference for 2x10 schedule, schedule is negotiable
• NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
• Opportunity to pick up at other locations throughout Wisconsin
• Patient-focused support staff - dedicated MA available
• EPIC EMR
• Labs, imaging, and specialty clinics onsite at SSM Health Ripon Hospital!

Your Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented
• Strong time management skills
• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure and DEA License in Wisconsin
• Certifications preferred (can be obtained after hire if needed):
  • Medical Examiner certification for DOT physicals
  • NIOSH
  • CAOHC

Located in Ripon, Wisconsin, SSM Health Ripon Community Hospital has been providing quality health care with a personalized approach for nearly 90 years. The facility features 16 private patient rooms - 13 medical/surgical and three Intensive Care Units. Surgical services are available on the hospitals first floor, immediately by the main entrance, and features three surgical suites and one endoscopic procedure room.
