Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Swing Bed / Nights
LocationKirksville, Missouri
Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | Weekends Required | On-Call Required | Float Required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care for inpatient rehabilitation (Swing Bed) patients in a 10-bed unit
- Absorb Med-Surg patient assignments when Swing Bed census decreases
- Float to Med-Surg for patient assignments or to other units for tasking within existing competencies
- Adhere to on-call requirements as volume dictates, within contractual on-call limits
- Document and manage patient care using MedHost EMR
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Rehabilitation and/or Medical-Surgical experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to work weekends and participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Experience with inpatient rehabilitation or Swing Bed programs
- Familiarity with MedHost EMR
- Comfort floating between units and adapting to varying patient populations
- 48-hour weekly hour guarantees and blocked scheduling requests may be accommodated
