UChicago Medicine AdventHealth has an excellent Womens Health opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the beautiful western suburbs of Chicago.

Responsibilities:

Two OBGYN Physicians in practice

Two clinic locations: La Grange and North Riverside

Experienced APPs preferred, but new grads welcome to apply

Opportunity to build own patient panel

Spanish speaking candidates, a plus

Affiliation with UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Center La Grange

Excellent PTO, CME, Health/Dental Benefits and retirement plans

Annual Salary: $110K - 118K

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program
• Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
• Current Illinois license in good standing
• Certified as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant by an approved certifying organization.
• Prescriptive authority, Illinois Controlled Substance, DEA certification
• Current CPR certification
