APP Medical Cardiology - Inpatient

Trinity Health Of New England seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Inpatient Medical Cardiology team at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut. 

This established interdisciplinary team provides inclusive inpatient cardiology, electrophysiology, and heart failure coverage throughout the hospital.

RESPONSIBILITIES:       

• Provide critical support to the staff of cardiologists
• Medical cardiology admissions
• Cardiac consultations
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting the rapid response team
• Providing cardiac/emergent coverage within the 24/7 Medical Cardiology units
• Full time 40 hr/week, rotating days/nights

The successful candidate will: 

• Hold an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant CT state license.
• Hospitalist or cardiology experience is preferred.

• Commute easily to NYC, Boston, and other destinations with nearby dependable air and rail services
