My client is a leading manufacturer of custom material handling solutions and they are looking to add a Sales Engineer to their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industrial automation technologies, including robotics, conveyor systems, packaging equipment, labeling machines, and other machinery solutions.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across various industries
• Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate automation and machinery solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and support installations.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical input during the quoting and proposal process.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product lines and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automation industry, ideally in a sales, technical support, or engineering capacity.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, robotics, conveyor systems, packaging equipment, and/or labeling machines.
