Responsibilities:

• Draft and edit appellate briefs, writ applications, and motions for state and federal courts.
• Research and analyze complex legal issues to develop strong appellate strategies.
• Prepare and present oral arguments before appellate courts.
• Collaborate with trial teams to preserve issues for appeal and develop post-trial strategies.
• Advise clients and trial counsel on appellate matters and legal trends.
