Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and plate dishes for events according to event-specific menus and timelines.

  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth execution of service.

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in temporary or off-site kitchen setups.

  • Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout events.

  • Support setup, breakdown, and transportation of food and supplies for off-site events.

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

  • Adapt quickly to changing needs, event demands, and high-volume service environments.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in catering, banquets, or event-based cooking required.

  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and high-volume kitchen operations.

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during fast-paced events.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and holidays often required.

  • ServSafe certification preferred.
