About the Job
- Claims & Product Analytics: Lead analyses combining medical claims with unstructured data to drive product insights and dashboard development
- Client Project Delivery: Deliver journey mapping, journey analyses, and claims-media data pairing on tight timelines
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and consulting teams to translate analytics into scalable features and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Data Pipeline Engineering: Design multi-source data pipelines using Google BigQuery, Cube.dev, and GCP tools for healthcare data integration
- Data Wrangling: Pilot a data model to link unstructured and structured data types to action novel insights for BGBX products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or natural sciences
- 5-7 years driving data insights in healthcare technology
- Data modeling experience with healthcare claims, pharmacy, and unstructured medical data
- Client project delivery including journey mapping and multi-source data integration
- Experience with Google BigQuery, Cube.dev, and GCP products for claims data processing
- Proficient in Python for analytics and visualization
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and consulting teams
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects end-to-end
- Data modeling experience with healthcare claims, pharmacy, and unstructured medical data

- Proficient in Python for analytics and visualization

Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000
The salary range provided is for the NYC-hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
