Med Tech/LPN Full-Time (Evening Shift)

This position requires a high level of care and compassion, excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of patient care procedures. Providing excellent patient care is a vital part of this position. Sign on bonus for Med Tech is $1500. Sign on bonus for LPN is $3000.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities of the Med Tech/LPN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Medication administration.
• Provide care according to residents care plans.
• Engage with residents in a manner that promotes their independence and maintains their dignity.
• Maintain a safe and homelike environment while responding and attending to residents physical and psychosocial needs appropriately.
• Document resident information in charts by completing reports, logs, and records.
• Report changes in residents condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
