Education:

Must be a graduate of an approved 75-hour Aide training program that meets the requirements specified in the Medicare interpretive guidelines and/or has successfully completed a competency evaluation program which includes all subjects listed in the Medicare interpretive guidelines.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Work in the client's home under the direction of written and oral instructions from a Registered Nurse (RN).
The main duty is to provide personal care and assist the client with transfer and ambulation.
Perform household procedures essential to the health and safety of the client such as laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
