What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 2+ years of paid experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Licensure and certifications: CRT or RRT, BLS
• Proficiency in performing PFTs and Pulmonary Rehab procedures
• Strong knowledge of respiratory equipment and procedures
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with computerized charting systems
• Additional certifications such as ACLS
• Ability to adapt to various clinical situations with a collaborative attitude

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Valid CRT or RRT credential
• At least two years of professional experience in a hospital setting, ideally with pulmonary specialty procedures

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work 70-80 hours per two-week pay period
• Rotating weekends and holidays; takes call as scheduled
• No floating between units
• Uniform dress code of navy blue scrubs
• Department-specific orientation provided; no formal hospital-wide orientation required
