About the Role
At Wonder, we aim to make world-class food accessible. As a Team Member, you'll create delicious dishes from menus crafted by renowned Michelin-starred and Celebrity Chefs, fostering a welcoming environment and upholding our high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities
Food Prep & Cooking
- Prepare food according to recipes and Wonder standards
- Maintain kitchen stations and ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Label and store food per Food Safety and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accuracy by scanning items in and out
- Ensure food meets temperature standards
- Pack meals with care and accuracy, ensuring correct portions and complete orders before dispatch
- Verify meal and order accuracy before hand-off to guests or delivery
Customer Service & Order Dispatch
- Provide exceptional hospitality
- Educate customers on the Wonder brand, the Wonder app, and restaurants
- Assist customers with in-restaurant and pick-up orders and payments
- Manage meal-kit deliveries and order accuracy
- Dispatch orders accurately to couriers for delivery or in-store pickup
- Greet guests at the door or outside the entrance, offering a warm and professional welcome
- Assist with marketing efforts outside the restaurant, such as handing out flyers or engaging passersby to promote brand awareness and drive traffic
Cleaning & Sanitation
- Adhere to food safety, health, and sanitation procedures and standards
- Ensure adequate supply and cleanliness of cookware and utensils
- Thoroughly clean, sanitize and maintain all areas of the facility, inclusive of both front and back of house and all kitchen areas
- Wash and sanitize cookware, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Monitor equipment functionality and report issues
- Manage waste removal efficiently

- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of kitchen experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Strong team player with knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for a full shift while working
- Must have weekend availability
