Job Description
Grazers Burgers and Beers is growing! We've recently opened a new location in Moorcroft, Wyoming, joining our established restaurants in Newcastle, Wyoming, and Bowman, North Dakota. We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for exceptional service and consistent food quality.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong background in restaurant management. You should be willing to travel between our three locations and be ready to actively assist with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Staff Management:
Oversee weekly scheduling for all kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Work with managers on weekly ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Actively assist with daily operations, including taking shifts as needed.
Ensure all food prep and storage areas are clean and sanitary, adhering to state health codes.
Assist with hotel or convention functions, including food preparation, setup, and teardown.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Ensure all food is prepped and plated consistently according to our recipes, including portion sizes and garnishes.
Monitor food prep to minimize waste based on business forecasts.
Adhere to all safety and security regulations, including proper lifting (up to 60 lbs), equipment operation, and reporting any suspicious activity.
Work with the Regional Hotel Manager to ensure all properties follow ordering guides and menu standards.
Customer & Team Relations:
Provide outstanding hospitality to all guests and staff.
Promptly address any guest or staff complaints
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fast-food or restaurant management.
Proven ability to oversee and maintain exceptional service and food quality.
Reliable transportation and open availability.
Willingness to travel between our Moorcroft, Newcastle, and Bowman locations.
