Delivery Driver/Service Technician

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver/Field Technician to join our team. This is a duel-role position offering the opportunity for advancement within our Field Technician department. In this role you will be responsible for delivering and installing copy machines to our customers in a timely and professional manner. You will also provide basic training on the use of the machines and ensure that all installations meet the company's high standards of service.

​Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company delivery truck to transport copy machines and related equipment to business locations
• Conduct routine inspections of delivery vehicle to ensure everything is in proper working condition
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment up to 250lbs and perform manual tasks throughout the day
• Unload, set up, and install copy machines at customer locations according to the provided guidelines
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any questions
• Test machines after installation to ensure they are functioning correctly
• You will be trained in troubleshooting and repairing the equipment
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and service calls
• Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy at all times

​Qualifications:

• Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, commercial driving experience is an advantage
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
• Strong mechanical aptitude or experience in a technical role preferred
