As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be a key part of our leadership team, making sure every customer gets a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. We're looking for someone who can lead a team with energy and purpose, helping to build a successful business.

Your Responsibilities May Include:

• Leading shifts and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

• Managing key restaurant systems like training, food safety, inventory, and labor costs.

• Delegating tasks, setting goals, and following up to ensure the team meets objectives.

• Training and developing crew members.

• Ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.

• Driving sales and implementing promotions effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, especially in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.

• A positive attitude and a passion for leading people.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• The ability to work a flexible schedule.

• You must be 18 years or older.
