Job Summary: Our Company is a leader in water treatment water filtration systems, the Authorized Dealer for Rain soft water filtration systems. We're passionate about helping homeowners improve their quality of life by taking the worry out of their water with Rain soft, a top tier product since 1953.
We're growing fast and looking for motivated Individuals who are outgoing, goal-driven, and excited by the chance to earn sales experience, and top commissions on top of a base pay if requirements are met.
Job Duties:
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to Rain soft
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Distribute marketing materials and collect basic lead information.
- Educate homeowners on the benefit of having clean water to drink and use in their homes.
- Set appointment for in-home water analysis with our sales team.
- Represent the company brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build quick rapport.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working outdoors and waling for extended periods.
- Sales or customer service not required, we will train you.
