Call Schedule: Shared rotation among OB/GYN team

Position Overview
A respected, community-based women s health practice in Casa Grande, Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join its collaborative team. This full-time role integrates outpatient clinic services with inpatient obstetrics and surgical coverage at a nearby hospital, providing continuity of care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Situated between Phoenix and Tucson, this position offers the opportunity to establish a fulfilling OB/GYN practice in a medically underserved area perfect for physicians who are committed to patient-centered care and clinical equity.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $300,000 $325,000 (based on experience)
- Incentive Plan: Productivity-based RVU bonus structure
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care, including preventive services, contraceptive counseling, screenings, and diagnostics
- Manage all aspects of obstetric care: prenatal, labor & delivery (vaginal and cesarean), and postpartum follow-up
- Perform gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures
- Collaborate with hospital and clinic teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Educate patients on reproductive health, fertility, and family planning options
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Participate in practice development, quality initiatives, and community outreach efforts
Candidate Requirements
Minimum:
- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
Preferred:
- Spanish language proficiency
- Experience in community health or underserved care settings
- Strong commitment to equity-driven, patient-centered care
