Housing Compliance Analyst to ensure our affordable housing projects are financially viable and in full compliance with all regulations. This role isn't just about paperwork; it's about being a crucial part of a team that provides people with a meaningful life in a caring community.

What You'll Do
✅ Ensure Viability – Complete annual reports and property status reports, providing recommendations for corrective action to ensure financial viability.
✅ Drive Compliance – Coordinate paperwork and correspondence for projects , perform quality assurance checks on project and tenant files , and manage tenant income certifications.
✅ Train & Empower – Provide training to program staff on general property management, physical inspections, and tenant income certifications.
✅ Manage Finances – Handle accounts receivable and analyze accounts payable for each housing project.
✅ Conduct Inspections – Facilitate or perform physical property inspections to ensure minimum property standards are met.

✔ A detail-oriented professional with a strong knowledge of state and federal housing regulations (NIFA, HUD, OHA, DCHA).
✔ A skilled planner who can prioritize multiple tasks.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in liberal arts, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of one year of related work experience preferred.
- Experience in lease management preferred.
- The ability to obtain and maintain certifications related to affordable housing.
