Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist with 2-3 years' experience for a day shift position in a hospital and outpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities- Position based in a hospital with some outpatient rehabilitation services
- May require occasional travel between two offices in Quincy, CA and Greenville, CA
- Day shift schedule
- 13-week assignment
- Role offers flexibility in applying professional judgment and skill in patient management
- Responsibilities include reviewing physician referrals, selecting appropriate evaluation procedures, and developing therapy programs
- Requests for time off are not approved unless noted in the offer
- Facility maintains the right to refuse or terminate any professional for cause
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current Occupational Therapist license in California (license required if applicable)
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification approved by the AHA
- 2-3 years’ experience in an acute care hospital, rehabilitation center, and outpatient setting
