We’re thrilled to announce a sign-on bonus for new team members:

• $7,500 for those with over 1 year of experience
• $5,000 for those with less than 1 year of experience
• $2,500 relocation bonus for moves over 50 miles (external candidates only)

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. You’ll be part of a dedicated team, utilizing your skills and knowledge to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

Your Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Perform all duties specific to your unit, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Conduct initial assessments upon patient admission and develop tailored care plans.
• Implement nursing interventions and modify care plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Ensure patient and employee safety by identifying and addressing hazards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
• Complete essential documentation to support the healthcare team.
• Delegate tasks to healthcare team members and validate their completion.
• Administer medications while adhering to the five rights of medication administration.
• Maintain a positive and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
• Utilize critical thinking to assess patient conditions and respond to changes.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days (American Heart Association)
• Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in Illinois
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year (American Heart Association)
• College Diploma in Nursing

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $32.39 - $55.71 per hour. Your actual compensation will depend on various factors, including experience and qualifications.
