Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Ripley, MS. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Patient Care: Provide hands-on care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure), and assisting with daily living activities.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring all healthcare providers have access to essential information.

• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Follow all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and facility policies.

• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Mississippi.

• Previous experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
