Pay & Bonuses

• Average weekly gross: $1,800
• Home Every 1-2 Weeks
• Average miles/week: 2,800
• Tarp pay: $50
• Stop pay: $25
• Detention pay: $22/hour (after 1 hour)
• Safety performance bonus: Up to $125/month
• Referral bonus: $1,000
• Longevity bonuses: Starting after 1 year
• Paid training & orientation: $200/day
• Down time pay available

Equipment

• 2024 Freightliner Cascadias
• Governed at 70 MPH
• Equipped with inverters and refrigerators
• Memory foam mattresses for driver comfort

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license
• 1 year verifiable Class A OTR experience
• Minimum 6 months flatbed experience
• Must meet FMCSA/DOT compliance
• Must own a smartphone
• Must be at least 23 years old
