As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Elevation Autism Center, you will work 1-on-1 with children ages 1–6 who have received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will be the one helping them build life-changing skills like communication, independence, social interaction, and play!

No experience? No problem.
Just bring patience, heart, and a willingness to learn.

You will be their guide, their support, their safe place. Every small breakthrough, every new word, every shared smile is a reminder that what you do matters.

What You Will Do:

• Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a vibrant, center-based setting
• Teach communication, play, daily living, and social skills
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Use evidence-based strategies to help children learn and grow
• Track progress and celebrate meaningful wins (big and small)

You will work closely with supportive clinical leadership who are invested in your growth and success!

Requirements

What You Need:

• A heart for helping young children
• A calm, positive, and patient presence
• Energy and willingness to actively engage in play
• Reliable transportation and ability to maintain a safe environment
• A desire to grow and learn something new

RBT certification is preferred, but not required.
We will support you in earning your certification!
