Completions Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Completions Specialist to support our operations team. This role is responsible for processing completed labor documentation from subcontractors and facilitating final payments from customers, ensuring jobs are accurately closed out and ready for final completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process completed labor paperwork submitted by subcontractors.
Verify accuracy and completeness of labor documentation in accordance with company standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all job components are finalized before processing customer payments.
Generate and process final payment requests or invoices for customers.
Maintain accurate records of completed jobs, subcontractor work, and payment statuses.
Communicate with subcontractors and customers as needed to resolve discrepancies or gather missing information.
Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner to support smooth job closeout.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in administrative support, construction coordination, or accounts payable/receivable is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with internal project tracking systems.
