Picture yourself manipulating the most advanced 5-axis CNC mills to transform concepts into concrete precision-crafted tools. We are on the hunt for a Precision CNC Milling Expert to elevate our production prowess.
Your Core Tasks:- Managing complex setups and smooth operations of 5-axis CNC machines to fashion high-quality industrial components.
- Deciphering engineering diagrams and guiding documents to ensure impeccable execution.
- Executing essential inspections from in-process checks to final assessments.
- Employing Manual Data Inputs (MDIs) when tasked.
- Partnering with the Engineering, Programming, and Quality squads for seamless operations.
- Coordinating between shifts for seamless transition of tasks and project continuity.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting production issues with an emphasis on quality assurance.
- Reporting workflow issues timely and adhering to program protocols.
- Enforcing an immaculate working environment through 6S initiatives.
- Adapting to further duties as assigned by management leaders.
Hands-on experience of at least 2 years with 5-axis CNC operations? Do you boast proficiency in Fanuc 15MB and 30 i controls alongside the knowledge of Siemens 840D or Heidenhain? If you thrive in reading and interpreting blueprints and maintaining impeccable tolerance levels, we could be the perfect fit.
- Material versatility across substances like Invar, Aluminum, Composites, and Graphite.
- Expertise in feed rates, spindle speeds, and chip loads.
- Skilled use of manual inspection tools and ability to MDI complex shapes.
- Comprehension of GD&T, calculus, and blueprint analysis.
Must be a U.S. Person under export control regulation terms. Those with a CNC Machinist Certification will be favored, as well as individuals acquainted with forklift operation.
