Automotive Service Support - Part-time - BMW-Willoughby Hills

Classic BMW in Willoughby Hills, Ohio, is seeking to add a part-time Service Support to their team.

The Service Support provides clerical support to our Service Department, checks in service loaners upon return, assists with scheduling and confirming service appointments, and intercepts and routes incoming calls for the dealership. This position also takes thorough messages, provides basic information to callers, greets customers in a professional manner, and directs them to the appropriate party in accordance with dealership policies. As the dealership’s front-line contact with the public, the Service Support must represent Classic BMW with professionalism and friendliness at all times.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (with one weekday off)

• Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
