Onsite Staffing Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily staffing operations at one of our client locations in Tuscaloosa, AL. This role requires a strong focus on organization, communication, and relationship management to ensure both employees and clients receive exceptional support.

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm CST

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the on-site leader for both our client and temporary staff
• Oversee daily schedules, attendance, and workforce needs
• Build strong relationships to keep employees engaged and clients satisfied
• Supervise and support on-site team members as needed
• Manage onboarding tasks: background checks, I-9s, and E-Verify
• Assist with workers’ compensation claims and HR coordination
• Ensure billing and vendor invoices are accurate and timely
• Maintain organized records and assist with reporting/audits

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required (some college a plus)
• A friendly, upbeat personality with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic admin tools
• Eagerness to learn and grow – we will train the right person!
