Collections Specialist | Omaha, NE | Temp to Hire | $19/hour | Monday – Friday 9a-4p | Onsite

What matters most as the collection specialist:
- Pay at $19/hour
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:00 pm -part time 30 hours/week some flexibility
- Benefits in a Card: 3 medical plans, dental and vision Additional benefits such as: group accident, critical illness w/ cancer benefits, short-term disability, behavioral health, term life, and identity theft
- Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card
Your new role as the collection specialist:
- Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts
- Locate and monitor overdue accounts
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, services, or credit contracts
- Persuade customers to pay amounts due on credit accounts, damage claims or non-payable checks, or to return merchandise
- Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers’ financial situations
Your experience as the collection specialist:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years financial and or customer service experience required
