Package Handler (Warehouse Operative)
Pay: $17.75/hour

Shift: Day or Night ranging from 3–10-hour shifts

About the Role

New Start Staffing is hiring Package Handlers / Warehouse Operatives. As a vital part of the team, you’ll help keep the supply chain moving by unloading trailers, sorting packages, and preparing trucks for delivery.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role — perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip code
• Load delivery trucks safely and efficiently
• Work with your team to meet daily goals
• Follow all safety protocols — safety is our top priority

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to stay on your feet throughout the shift
• Dependable, flexible, and reliable work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures (hot in summer, cold in winter)
• Gloves and work boots recommended
