Monday- Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

$32-46hr

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team. This role involves programming and operating CNC machines, designing fixtures and tooling, and driving process improvements for quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC machines (multi-axis mills and lathes)
• Design and build work-holding devices, fixtures, and tooling in CAD software
• Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle times without sacrificing quality
• Set up and run CNC lathes, vertical mills, and horizontal mills
• Support turnkey projects and new setups
• Prepare documentation, technical reports, and time studies
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and tooling

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ machining experience, including 2+ years with multi-axis lathes/mill-turns
• CNC experience on aluminum machining centers (Elumatec, FOM, Emegi preferred)
• Proficient in CAM programming (Inventory CAM, Mastercam, SolidWorks CAM, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, shop practices, and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Associate’s degree in CNC Machining, Precision Machining, CAD/CAM Technology, or related field (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred)
