Machine Operator - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Ballston Spa, NY

Pay Range: $18.50/hour 

Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in machine operation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
