Physician Family Practice-Without OB - Competitive Salary

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a well-supported primary care practice in Stillwater, New York. This is a full-time, permanent outpatient opportunity offering flexible scheduling, minimal call, and long-term career stability in a community-focused setting.

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday schedule

• Flexible 4- or 5-day work week

• No routine weekends

• Outpatient primary care for all ages (pediatrics through geriatrics)

• Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

• Strong administrative and clinical support

• Hospital-affiliated, physician-led governance

• Optional teaching and precepting opportunities

• Opportunities for leadership, hybrid, or hospital-based roles

Call Schedule

• Phone call only once every ~70 days

• RN triage handles first call

• Telemedicine coverage for 2–3 hours on weekends once every 3 months

Compensation & Incentives

Base salary: $250,000 – $260,000 (based on experience)
Productivity incentives from Day 1
Sign-on bonus up to $75,000 (paid with first paycheck)
$25,000 retention bonus at the start of Year 2
PSLF eligible position

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified Family Medicine
  or Dual BC in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics

• Truly Board Eligible candidates considered (details required)

• Active New York license (or willing to obtain)

• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience

• Clean malpractice & licensing history

• DEA required
  

• Not open to locums

• Candidates with lapsed board certification not accepted
