  • Cases/Procedures:
    • Endoscopy
    • General
    • OB/GYN
    • Ortho
    • Pain Management
    • Urology
    • Vascular
    • Healthy Peds - must be comfortable with healthy peds cases - mostly ENT/Dental, spinals, and kids
    • Blocks preferred; not needed
    • Required experience, training, and certifications:
      • Must have experience with: spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters
      • AHA BLS
      • AH ACLS
      • AHA PALS
      • NBCRNA
      • MI License only due
      • Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 30 days
