A regional referral and Level II trauma center in Dothan, Alabama is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a well-established Neurosciences Clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team providing both spinal and cranial neurosurgical care in a collaborative, state-of-the-art environment.
Practice HighlightsHospital-employed position
Join a team of two neurosurgeons (General and Cerebrovascular/Endovascular fellowship trained) plus neurologists and neurohospitalists
Mix of spinal and cranial cases required
Call shared at 1:3 ratio
Dedicated APP support for rounding and consults
Coverage for only one hospital, no travel required
Onsite clinic with immediate access to hospital, ED, and surgical suites
420-bed regional referral and trauma center
Level II trauma designation with comprehensive 24/7 subspecialty support
22 operating rooms, including dedicated endovascular suites
Dedicated Neurointerventional Lab with Siemens Artis Q Biplane
10-bed Neurocritical Care Unit
O-arm imaging system and state-of-the-art neurosurgical equipment
Competitive base salary above 80th MGMA percentile with wRVU potential
$100,000 signing bonus package
