Job Description
Overview:
Hospital Alliance in Fort Worth, TX is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Hospitalist for a permanent full-time or part-time role. This is a well-rounded opportunity offering a mix of clinical, triage, emergency, and surgical responsibilities within a Level II NICU setting. Position Details:
Full-time = 7.5 (24-hour) shifts per month
Part-time = Minimum of 5.5 (24-hour) shifts per month (Still benefit-eligible)
Must have or obtain an active TX license and be able to start ASAP
Annual stats:
1,924 deliveries (vaginal & C-section)
40% C-section rate
2,296 OB triage visits
1,229 OBED consults
Collaborate with:
Neonatologists & NNPs (Level II NICU)
MFM specialists for high-risk pregnancy care
Perform:
OB triage, admissions, L&D, C-section assistance
GYN ER consults and OB floor coverage
Emergency response for L&D
Care for unassigned patients and provide private call backup
Permanent, on-site position – local or relocated candidates only
Facility & Community:

Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in OB/GYN
(within 5 years of residency completion) – REQUIREDActive TX medical license or in-process – REQUIRED
Clean malpractice and license history – HIGHLY PREFERRED
