Overview:
Hospital Alliance in Fort Worth, TX is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Hospitalist for a permanent full-time or part-time role. This is a well-rounded opportunity offering a mix of clinical, triage, emergency, and surgical responsibilities within a Level II NICU setting. Position Details:

  • Full-time = 7.5 (24-hour) shifts per month

  • Part-time = Minimum of 5.5 (24-hour) shifts per month (Still benefit-eligible)

  • Must have or obtain an active TX license and be able to start ASAP

  • Annual stats:

    • 1,924 deliveries (vaginal & C-section)

    • 40% C-section rate

    • 2,296 OB triage visits

    • 1,229 OBED consults

  • Collaborate with:

    • Neonatologists & NNPs (Level II NICU)

    • MFM specialists for high-risk pregnancy care

  • Perform:

    • OB triage, admissions, L&D, C-section assistance

    • GYN ER consults and OB floor coverage

    • Emergency response for L&D

  • Care for unassigned patients and provide private call backup

  • Permanent, on-site positionlocal or relocated candidates only

Candidate Requirements:

  • Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in OB/GYN
    (within 5 years of residency completion) – REQUIRED

  • Active TX medical license or in-process – REQUIRED

  • Clean malpractice and license history – HIGHLY PREFERRED
