Physician Urgent Care - Competitive Salary

We are assisting a very well-established health system located in central-west Texas, with the recruitment of additional Urgent Care physicians.

Opportunity Highlights

• Join health care system with over 300 providers
• Work 12-hour shifts- 7A to 7P
• Monthly Schedule – WK1: Thursday, Friday, WK2: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. WK3: Off, WK4: Thursday, Friday, WK5: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• APP and support staff assistance, Xray and Lab

Compensation/Benefits

• Income Guarantee starting at 212,800K plus additional income for additional shifts.
• Comprehensive benefits package including 35 days PTO, $12,500 CME, etc.
• Quality bonus up to 15% of base salary
• Productivity bonus – $54.57 for every RVU above 3560.
• Financial potential in the $300K to $340K range
