Physician Urology - Competitive Salary

Assignment Details
• Start: April 2026, ongoing
• Schedule: 3 clinic days/week + scheduled OR block time + call
• Coverage: 10-12 days/month; weekday and weekend availability ideal
• Call: 24-hour in-house call (7a-7a), sole urology provider with APP backup
• Call detail: 30-minute response time, ~90% call-back, 3-4 patients seen, 2-3 admissions per call period
• Clinic volume: up to 16 patients/day
• Setting: Outpatient with inpatient admissions
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: ~90-120 days (expedited possible with clean history)
Clinical Details
• General urology, adult; robotics required
• Required procedures: laparoscopic cases, ureteroscopy, prostatectomy, TRUS biopsies, renal/bladder ultrasound, incontinence procedures, ESWL
• Preferred: PCNL, radical cystectomy, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy
Requirements
• Board Certified in Urology
• Active WA license or IMLC
• ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
• Malpractice provided
