What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive women’s health services including prenatal, delivery, gynecology, and postpartum care
• Manage inpatient hospital rounds and coordinate care with hospitalists and specialists
• Conduct and assist with surgeries utilizing advanced surgical technology, including robotic systems
• Support outpatient clinics with diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for women
• Mentor advanced practice providers and support staff in delivering high-quality care
• Participate in a shared call schedule and hospital outreach efforts
• Contribute to quality improvement projects that impact patient outcomes and hospital ratings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care in a community hospital setting

What You Need
Required:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Missouri medical license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to community health

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
