This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to travelers. You will be responsible for assisting passengers with their inquiries, ensuring that their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable, all while communicating effectively in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight booking, changes, cancellations, and travel policies via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
• Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and airline services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and operational staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about airline regulations, promotions, and services to provide up-to-date information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the airlines or travel sector, is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle complaints and provide solutions effectively and empathetically.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting interactions.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and CRM software is a plus.
